CAN I RETURN MY PURCHASE?
We endeavour to provide our customers with high quality products and we hope you'll be delighted with the item you purchased. If there are any concerns about your order or you are thinking about returning it, please contact our support team with your order number to email@example.com for assistance explaining why you would like to return it. We offer a 30 day, from date of purchase, return on orders with any defects. Please contact our sales team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
MY ITEM IS DAMAGED/INCORRECT, WHAT DO I DO?
Please contact our support team at email@example.com for any items that arrived damaged, defective, or the wrong item arrived and include a photo of the item. We will arrange for a replacement item to be sent to you as soon as possible. Please do not return items to us without authorization from our support team first.
I JUST PLACED AN ORDER AND I WOULD LIKE TO CANCEL.
Please contact our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. Once our team has transferred your order into production, we will no longer be able to cancel this order. Orders typically go into production within the next 12 hours upon receipt of an order. If you need to make any changes or cancel your order and it has already shipped, we are unable to make any changes or cancellations.
