Return & Refund Policy

Because our items are made to order at the time the order is placed certain conditions apply:

  • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you have issues or problems with your item, you must contact us via email within 72 hours of the item being delivered to your address.

Note:  Please ensure to check and compare your size to the chart before adding your items to cart. Also, before purchasing your items, make sure that your name and shipping address is correct.

  • Returns are accepted only if the item arrives damaged (printed aesthetic or damaged item).
  • For apparel items, size exchanges or returns are not accepted. This is because all of our items are custom made to order. We do not have inventory on hand and produce your item only when you place the order so therefore there is no item to be exchanged.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

    • Attach the receipt or proof of purchase and photo of the damaged item and any other details you may have about your order. Please give us between 24-48 hours to properly review and inspect the item. After contacting us, we will walk you through the steps to ship the item back to us.
